Summary

You can setup carsharing zone's where vehicles slowly appear and players can take them to drive to another zone (or if allowed anywhere) while paying a price for every minute!  A great way to give players transportation across the map (Ex. from hospital, from prison...).

Customizability

The code is not obfuscated and nicely presented with comments! If you don't like to tinker with code the config allows you to change almost everything!
